The galloping of the Symons machine mainly caused by below reasons:
The taper sleeve has few touch point with shaft. Symons cone crusher of the taper sleeve and spindle contact less, it is easy in the crusher cutting clearance "speed", which actually belongs to airlift copper taper sleeve heat turn inside out "ride". If still pressure after feeding, the speed of the spindle rotation will be out of control.
Symons cone crusher due to taper sleeve damage and not check before using equipment cracking during operation, and the spindle interface is smaller, so the oil film are destroyed, which due to dry friction temperature excursion " galloping ", the principle of the problem is the same with the first one.
The gap between the shaft and sleeve is too closed, and that will caused the bearing become thinner and thinner. With the same time, the cone will sink to make the gap closed too. This will lead the sleeve the shaft be damaged because lacking the oil lubrication. And the galloping happens again.
During the operation, some unbreakable material such as iron will cause the machine overloading. The filling zinc will damaged away, because the taper sleeve on the channeling, spindle and smaller taper sleeve clearance and "galloping
The outside of the main shaft maybe ware away and show the groove on its surface. This groove will damage the contacting and caused galloping.
About the problem of "galloping ", whether it is caused by what kind of reason, it finally will lead to taper sleeve burns. The burn area occurred in the eccentric shaft sleeve and thin edge on one side, and tend to occur in within a flowing 1/4 length. If you want to prevent Symons cone crusher this problem, you can pay special attention to the abrasion of a scope, periodically check Symons cone shaft, timely replacement of wearing parts, which is the basic guarantee for normal operation of the equipment..
